When you register for iSchool or use our mobile applications, we collect only necessary educational and administrative data:
- Student Information: Name, date of birth, gender, home address, classroom enrollment, attendance, and academic evaluations.
- Parent/Guardian Information: Contact details, email, phone number, relationship, and billing details.
- Health & Emergency Details: Allergies, dietary restrictions, emergency contact details, and doctor authorization for EpiPen or medication administration.
2. How We Use Information
Information is used solely to provide quality early childhood education, ensure child safety, administer report cards, process tuition, and facilitate real-time communication between educators and parents.
3. Canadian Data Sovereignty & Storage
All data is hosted strictly on Canadian cloud servers compliant with PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act) and the Ontario Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA). Databases are encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit.
4. Your Rights & Access
Parents and legal guardians may view, update, or request deletion of their child's records at any time through the Parent Portal or by submitting a written request to info@qertex.com.
