1 Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a student registration application, enrolling a student, paying tuition fees, or accessing the iSchool Web Portal or Mobile Applications, parents, guardians, and authorized family members agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, the School Code of Conduct, and all published institutional policies.

2 Educational Services & Programs

iSchool provides structured early childhood and elementary academic programs covering Toddler Discovery, Preschool Exploration, Kindergarten Readiness, and Primary STEM/Arts Enrichment. All instructional programs comply with Ontario Ministry of Education benchmarks and pedagogical best practices under the Child Care and Early Years Act, 2014 (CCEYA).

3 Admission, Registration & Verification

Admission is offered on a non-discriminatory basis regardless of race, ancestry, nationality, religion, gender, or disability. Registration is confirmed only upon:

• Submission of complete and accurate student and parent information.
• Verification of proof of birth date (Birth Certificate, Canadian Passport, or Permanent Resident documentation).
• Provision of valid immunization and health records compliant with the Immunization of School Pupils Act (ISPA).
• Payment of applicable registration and tuition deposits.

4 Parent Portal & Mobile Application Usage

Parents and teachers are provided secure, encrypted authentication credentials to access academic timetables, attendance reports, daily activity updates, messaging, and grade books. Users must maintain credential confidentiality and notify school administration immediately of any unauthorized account access.

5 Tuition Fees, Payments & Refunds

Tuition and care fees are assessed according to the published schedule for each program year. Payments may be settled via authorized credit card, Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD), Interac e-Transfer, or portal payment gateways.

• Payment Due Date: Tuition payments are due on the 1st calendar day of each month or term.
• Withdrawal Notice: Written notice of at least thirty (30) business days is required for student withdrawal.
• Refunds: Registration and enrollment fees are non-refundable. Prorated refunds for prepaid instructional periods are granted subject to written withdrawal compliance.

6 Attendance, Absences & SafeArrival Protocols

Regular attendance is essential for early development and social connection. For student safety, parents must notify the school of any planned absence or illness prior to 8:30 AM via the Mobile App or by emailing info@qertex.com. In unexplained absence scenarios, the academy executes immediate automated outreach.

7 Health, Allergies & Medical Emergencies

iSchool operates an Anaphylaxis-Aware & Nut-Aware Environment. All student allergies, medical conditions, and emergency rescue medications (e.g., EpiPen, inhalers) must be formally registered on the Student Medical Plan of Care form prior to classroom entry.

8 Code of Conduct & Respectful Community

Every student, parent, and staff member has the right to be treated with dignity, kindness, and respect. Harassment, physical or verbal intimidation, discrimination, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated and may result in immediate suspension or termination of enrollment.

9 Photography, Video & Media Release

During classroom projects, field trips, and campus celebrations, student photographs or educational videos may be taken for documentation and parent updates. Parents indicate media consent preferences during annual registration. Consent may be modified in writing at any time.

10 Intellectual Property & Technology

All curriculum guides, digital worksheets, software interfaces, and logos are the proprietary property of iSchool and Qertex Technologies Inc. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

11 Suspension, Expulsion & Termination

The academy reserves the right to suspend or withdraw enrollment in cases of continuous non-payment, falsification of vital records, chronic behavioral issues endangering peer safety, or persistent refusal to abide by institutional guidelines.

12 Governing Law & Inquiries

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
